This space is dedicated to Love in its true nature.

What is this true nature? It is a love that is Absolute. A love that is true, unconditional, free, without judgment. It is the very nature of life, of who you are.

If you invest yourself in this teaching, you are probably giving yourself one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

The reason for this is quite difficult to describe in a few words. It is something that needs to be experienced.

Often, we equate happiness, being happy in a life, with being loved and surrounded by those we love. In other words, it is when love flows. And to find the source of Love is to find who you really are, which is wholeness, source of joy and happiness by nature.

We are not talking about ephemeral pleasure here, or small momentary pleasures that mark a lifetime. We are talking about something full, complete, deeply nourishing, intoxicating. This feeling of completeness may seem at first to come from “somewhere else”, as if it were foreign to you. And then it takes up more and more space in your body and flesh, until it takes up all the space in you and your life.

This happens naturally, with nothing to do, once you have experienced this inner touch.

This is an infinite and inexhaustible source that cannot be found outside yourself. But once found in the center of your heart, it frees you from all happy or unhappy circumstances, it brings you rest while filling you with meaning. It allows you to see for the first time, in the present.

It finally makes you alive, listening to life, available to what is coming.

 

A power of inner transformation, harmonizing all tensions

 

Love is first of all a vibration, it is an energy, which is unitary in nature.

This Love is undoubtedly the most powerful alchemical power, in other words, of inner transformation that can exist. For unity knows no separation. It is therefore unlimited, infinite, without content or container.

So when you draw its strength from its source, you have an infinite supply that can harmonize everything, heal everything.

You can discover how to use this unconditional and absolute transformative, healing, harmonizing and even revelatory, transcendent power. You will be able to harmonize all inner tensions and difficulties, harmonize psychological patterns and embrace all parts of yourself. To illuminate all the shadow parts, if there are any, or in any case, to embrace, soften, harmonize all that you are not comfortable with, even what you do not like. You will thus see how to draw from this inexhaustible source to harmonize all the relationships and interactions that you may experience on a daily basis, in the different areas of your life, whether it be your professional life, within your home, for your projects, etc.

All of this understanding will allow you to more easily accept this process and thus you will be able to naturally accompany this inner harmonization.

 

A deep rejuvenation for body, soul and spirit

 

Love is also an inner food, deeply nourishing.

Sometimes, for example, when we come home late from work, we are tired, so we are not always as caring and loving towards some people, even if we love them. Then we don’t always have the energy to be caring and to listen to others, because we take it personally.

But when we go to that inexhaustible source, when you have found that inexhaustible source, which is no longer personal, it flows by itself. That source regenerates you and allows you to have that energy all the time and not be tired.

It regenerates your fatigue, because you put down that fatigue, you let that go.

It’s something that regenerates your soul, regenerates your heart, your mind and allows you to breathe deeply into your cells and allows you to refresh your whole body and keep it healthy. It is a health that is not only physical. It’s a health that penetrates every aspect of your body and makes you feel full of life.

 

Exploring in consciousness what your true nature is

 

Within this course, we will explore together what the true nature of love is, so that you can bring your awareness to that and listen to that, recognize it.

We will see how love is inseparable from clarity, as love brings you that clarity.

Through this clarity, we know that we are that love. Otherwise, without this understanding that “the very one who loves is love,” we remain in ignorance, in a sense of separation.
As we gradually recognize that we are this love, the impulse to share then comes naturally. For when we feel this love, when we feel joy inside, we want to share this joy. We feel joy, we smile and we look at someone with our smiling eyes. And when our eyes smile as we look at someone, we share that joy, and the being feels that love.

So it is simply a matter of recognizing it, not going out and looking for it. And so, we’re going to see in this course how that is inseparable from clarity, and how through that clarity, through that spirit that is attuned to your heart, you can radiate and unfold a thousand virtues that exist within you.

 

Going beyond conditioned love

 

This clarity allows one to go beyond conditioned love, to live unconditional love. Conditioned love is of course an expression of unconditional love, since unconditional love is all forms. But in the case of conditioned love, we love through a will. We love some, but not others. There is someone who loves, but that someone does not feel like love. But in reality, there is no one who loves. There is just love itself breathing.

Unconditional love, then, is a natural movement that can be allowed to bloom and permeate everything, and is revealed concretely in your body. Located at the energy center of the heart, it then allows the heart to open and blossom.

 

Just accept yourself, and stop taking charge

 

With this clarity, you understand the source, you understand that this is not personal, and you can let this process happen, and this love flows naturally. It is not a burden to carry. You don’t have to make the effort to carry unconditional love toward others.

It’s the opposite. Unconditional love tends to allow you to remove your burdens, to just be yourself.

Unconditional love allows you to accept yourself as you are, no matter what your circumstances are, whether you consider them happy, unhappy, whether you consider that you have done something right or wrong.

 

Allowing ourselves to receive and feel the aliveness

 

You allow yourself to receive this, and let this process unfold naturally.

What is shared is alive. In this way, you will not only understand but also feel what resides in your heart. You are going to feel the nature of that Love, that energy that permeates everything and is everywhere.

You are going to gradually be able to feel that Love.You are going to gradually be able to live yourself as being that source. You are going to recognize yourself as being that.

 

Love nourishes and fills with meaning

 

Thus, if you feel an intense inner call, you will experience Love more and more as a flow of life that nourishes each of your cells within and can flood and immerse your mind to wash it clean and rebirth you to the present.

Then the moment is worth living in. Thus, love is almost inseparable from meaning. It gives meaning to things. If there is this love, a unitary movement circulates between beings, which makes exchanges full, which makes us whole with the other, which makes it possible to really find each other, not through nonsense talk, political correctness, or through an image that each one would keep.

We’re here, we’re each just naked, because there’s just a circulation of energy.

We are transparent, we are like children. And you know, the child is amazed at life. They are open. They are listening. Their senses are awake and they receive everything. Everything has more colors. And at that moment, love is expressed in the biochemistry of the body. There are glands that allow this opening, and to finally see everything with more colors, more contrasts. All of this awakens your senses and inevitably everything becomes rich and full.

Thus, Love fills life with meaning, and everything is seen with more beauty.

 

A door opens to the beauty of life, its celebration

 

This is an open door to the beauty of life, and in a devotional aspect, also to its celebration, which gives deep and intense feelings of gratitude. This creates space within you and allows all aspects of your being to breathe more widely.

 

Living a spirituality that feels deep and alive

 

This beauty of life is not something outside of you. It is a revelation of an aspect beyond yourself. What is that transcendent aspect? It is life breathing on itself, unfolding in your heart and discovering itself in every moment.

There is something really beautiful that is naturally yourself, and gives you that sense of celebration. And because life is self-sufficient, it is beautiful in its own right, without the need to add anything.

 

To feel intimately that one is always accompanied

 

Within this present moment, lived fully, you never feel like you are alone.
You feel accompanied no matter what the circumstances. Love is the Divine, it becomes incarnate in you and fills every moment of your life with meaning. It produces a state of wonder that gives you the impetus to give thanks and celebrate.

 

The open door to inner happiness

 

Thus, it is possible to experience love, and to be happy. Love is a door to fulfillment, to inner fulfillment, to happiness. And at the same time, inseparably, a door to who you really are.

 

An invitation to build together a harmonious and virtue-rich world

 

Finally, this course is also an invitation to build together in a more virtuous direction.

The more beings who understand the reality of what this Love is, and who can feed on it at the source, the more we can evolve in a virtuous direction, where each of our actions not only helps us grow, but also further evolve others towards themselves.

This is the natural movement of love itself, which by the mere act of flowing into oneself, allows one’s fellow man to naturally open to it. Which only opens us up even more, Love being One by nature.

And to experience this movement is a gift that you can taste in your being.

To conclude, I wish to conclude this sharing by returning to the fact that what is proposed in this course, is not only to hear these words, but also to live them, to recognize what they express in you, through the inner climate, this vibrational atmosphere that is shared in this course.

Through the aliveness that is shared beyond words, you are invited to soak up this energy, to feel, to taste in a “Yin” movement of reception, what this is about, what this true nature of love is, beyond all concepts.

Finally, what does this word, “Love” mean? Naturally, this word love is very beautiful, and that’s why I use it here. But it goes beyond the word itself, since its transcendence is sublime.
